I just checked out the Rasmussen poll and something struck me. A number of Bible verses came to mind in relation to Barack and his position in relation to American politics. The 1st is from the Book of Ecclesiates 3: 1-8. Vs 1 says :To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. The 2nd is from the Book of Joel 2: 28-29 and what brought it to mind was the great numbers of folk, young and old, who have entered into active politics for the FIRST time because of Senator Obama. Anyway, it goes: ......Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.....on both men and women I will pour out my Spirit in those days. And, in the face of cynicism, baseless attacks and the like, as the grassroots movement continues to grow from strength to strength, confounding those who wish the movement ill, my mind went to the Book of Isaiah 40:31: [they] will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not be weary, they will walk and not be faint. Once again, keep up the good work. Keep up the great work that you do on this site.
